Richard "Rick" Fred Kostenbauer, age 69, of Casper, passed away February 4, 2017 at Wyoming Medical Center. Richard was born August 6, 1947 in Sheridan,Wyoming to John and Verna Jean Kostenbauer. He was employed with UPS for more than 30 years before retiring. Richard was a past president of the Shrine Club and a member of the Blue Lodge.
In addition to his parents, Richard was also preceded in death by his brother, John. He is survived by his wife, Linda L. Kostenbauer and mother-in-law, Joyce Gardner.
A memorial service will be held on February 10, 2017 at Newcomer Funeral Home Chapel at 3:30pm with a reception to follow at the Shrine Club, 1501 W 39th St, Casper, WY 82604.
