Our beloved wife, mother, daughter, sister and best friend, Theresa Heimann, 57, passed away peacefully at home in her husband’s arms on April 6, 2017.

Theresa was born in Boulder, CO on November 26, 1959. She attended several elementary schools, Dean Morgan J.H. and then went on to Natrona County H.S for her Sophomore and Junior years. She then graduated from Kelly Walsh H.S. in 1978. During her Junior year she participated in the Casper Troopers Drum and Bugle Corp.

Theresa then met her loving husband John and was married August 17, 1985 on Casper Mountain at her father’s windmill. Theresa and her husband then moved to Colorado Springs, CO where they welcomed their two sons Nicholas and Anthony into the world.

They returned to Casper, WY in 1993 where she worked as a successful bookkeeper for over 30 years. Theresa enjoyed every moment of her life making memories with her family, friends, coworkers, pets and those who needed acceptance. She loved working with others and was always making friends.

Theresa became involved in the Crimson Dawn Association in 1998, and was the Treasurer until she passed away. Her hobbies included camping, crafts, sewing, gardening and loved all sports (her favorite team was the Denver Broncos). She loved to entertain friends with happy hour while hot tubing. Theresa enjoyed many trips to Key West and spent countless hours at the beach.

She enjoyed experimenting with new hairstyles while updating her make-up and outfits which always seemed to give her comfort and confidence.

Theresa has been reunited in heaven with her dear mother Virginia Dittrich who died in 2007, and great-grandparents Vail and Ethel Gilliland.

Theresa is survived by her father Elwood Gilliland (Linda), husband John and their two boys Nick and Tony, brother Kevin (Jennifer), and loving aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.

She will be sorely missed by all who knew her. May Theresa rest in peace.

A Memorial Mass will be celebrated at 1:00pm, Saturday, April 22, 2017 at St. Anthony's Catholic Church.
