Hazel Lavaun Storm passed away on July 5, 2017 while a resident of Life Care Center of Casper. She was born on May 13, 1918 in Verdigre, Nebraska to William and Mary Willis. She later moved to Ainsworth, Nebraska where she met her husband, Jack. The couple moved to Casper in 1954 where they remained.

Hazel's days were filled with cooking, needlework, stained glass, bridge, Meals on Wheels, and the company of family and friends. She was a charter member of the Congregational Church of Casper.

She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Jack; two brothers, Arthur and Howard; and a sister, LaPriel. She is survived by her sons, Michael (Vicki) and Craig (Marilee).
