Betty was born to the late Carter and Elizabeth Ross on May 2, 1932 in their residence in North Casper. She graduated from NCHS in 1950. Betty was a homemaker early on and later worked for Nagel Motors for a number of years until she retired.
Betty is survived by her two sons John Rager (Julie) of Denver, CO. and Jerry Rager (Mary) of Casper. She is also survived by 6 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren. Betty is preceded in death by her parents Carter and Elizabeth Ross and her youngest son, Kevin.
In lieu of flowers, the family is asking that donations be made to Natrona County Meals on Wheels, 1760 E. 12th, Casper, WY 82601.
Services will be held at the Newcomer Funeral Home on Friday, November 3, 2017 at 2:00 P.M. followed by burial at Highland Cemetery.
