Thomas Alva Lockhart, age 82, of Casper, passed away February 19, 2018 at Wyoming Medical Center. Tom was born September 29, 1935 in Casper, Wyoming to Stewart and Mabel (Bailey) Lockhart. Tom met and married Lynn Anselmi in 1960 at St. Anthony's Catholic Church. Over 40 years Tom was employed by Pacific Corp and Black Hills Power. For 15 years, he was in the Wyoming Legislative House of Representatives.

In addition to his parents, Tom was also preceded in death by an infant son, his brother, Stewart, and sister, Virginia. He is survived by Lynn Lockhart, his wife of 57 years, daughter, Franci (Mathew) Brinkman, son, Tom (Jennifer) Lockhart, son, Ted (Liz) Lockhart, daughter, Gini (Dag) Lockhart-Pedersen, 10 grandchildren, and 2 great-grandchildren.

A Memorial Mass will be held at 10:00am, Saturday, February 24, 2018 at St. Anthony's Catholic Church. A reception will follow at St. Anthony's Parish Hall. Committal Services with Military Honors will be held at 11:00am, Friday, July 13th, 2018 at Oregon Trail State Veterans Cemetery in Evansville, Wyoming.
