Robert passed away peacefully on Sunday, April 22, 2018 in Casper, Wyoming with his family by his side. He was 71, born in Sundance, Wyoming on October 8, 1946.

Robert married the love of his life on May 21, 1965 in Custer, South Dakota. They started their family in Newcastle, Wyoming before moving to Buffalo, Wyoming where he raised his family. He followed his daughter and son to Casper, Wyoming. He enjoyed spending time with his kids, grandkids and great grandkids camping, hunting, boating, four-wheeling and sports, especially watching his kids and grandkids participate in events.

He is survived by his wife of 55 years, Marlene, daughter Lucinda Richards (Butch), son Cody Branscom (Jackie), son Robert Branscom (Wendy), grandchildren; Robin Harriet (Kevin), Kimberly R. (Jamie), Carrie (Branscom) Leonard, Trey Branscom (Alison), Drew Branscom (Alissa), Wade Branscom, Mark Richards, Abbie Richards (Matt), Charlie Richards, Austin Branscom, Corbin Branscom, great-grandchildren; Trent, Lainnee, Kade, Jackson, John, Jaxson, Carter, Trevan, Misty, Harley and Chesni; sisters; Mary Bishop, Rose Brooks, Edna Douglas and brother George Branscom.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Harley and Lucinda, Son Dustin Branscom, brothers Ned, Clifford, and sister Betty.
