1929 - 2018

Jacqueline Meeks (Jacque), 88, passed away peacefully Wednesday, June 20, 2018 at her home in Casper, Wyoming, after a brief illness. She was preceded in death by her parents, John and Adah Lux, her sister and brother in law, Dorothy and Carm Rosselli and her beloved Grandson, Matthew Trott.

She was born September 14, 1929, in Burbank, California where she was raised and received her education. She spent her career working in administrative positions for various California school districts until her retirement in 1989. In 1999, she and her husband Jerry moved to Casper, Wyoming to be closer to family. She loved staying busy gardening, reading and volunteering at WMC. Both she and Jerry are active members of First Christian Church and thoroughly enjoy spending time with their many friends and family.

She is survived by her husband Jerry, her daughters Cindy Miller (Ray), Chris Trott (Charlie), grandchildren, Jonathon White (Michelle), Summer Gorman (Richard), Michael Trott (Kristi) and 8 great grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers Jacque requested donations be made to one of the favorite charities of her choice; Jason's Friends Foundation, 340 W B St #101, Casper, WY 82601, 307-235-3421 or Make A Wish Foundation, 236 W 1st St, Casper, WY 82601, 307 234-9474.
