In Memory Of
Peggy Rhoads
1962 - 2018

Peggy Rhoads passed away unexpectedly Thursday, July 12th, 2018. She left behind a loving husband, Jimmie. She is also survived by her beloved mother, Betty Ingram and father, Robert Neil, his wife Cindy. Other survivors include brothers, Randy Ingram and Robert Neil, sisters, Kori Ingram, Dawn Ingram-Amrine, Teri King, Patience Wallace as well as many nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her dad, Donald Ingram.

Peggy was born to Betty and Robert Neil on April 9th, 1962 in Hawaii. She went to school in Riverton Wyoming but made Casper her home. She married Jimmie Rhoads September 3rd, 2006. Peggy was actively involved in many local charitable fundraisers through the years. She was a creative, talented artist. She was currently running a local business with her mother. Peggy had an enormous heart and consistently put others above herself. She had a great fondness of children and animals. She rescued many animals through the years and always had a house full of love for them all. Peggy was not afraid to be herself or walk her own path. She lived life to the fullest and will leave behind a space that could not be filled by anyone else.

Please join us in a celebration of her life. The celebration will be held at 11 am, Wednesday, July 18th, 2018 at the Highland Park Community Church in Casper. A reception is to follow.

In lieu of flowers the family is asking that donations be made to one of two local charities:

Reach 4A Star Riding Academy (reach4astar.org); or Wyoming Food for Thought Project (wyomingfoodforthoughtproject.org).
