James David (J.D) Henley was born to Jim and Evelyn Henley on March 24, 1954. He spent his entire life in Casper and was active in Babe Ruth as a boy. He enjoyed coaching his children for the Casper Youth Soccer League and the Sabers. He was also an avid outdoorsman, enjoying hunting and fishing in addition to a relaxing mountain view. JD worked for Brinkerhoff Signal and later Knapp Supply.
He is survived by his wife Marianne, children Tanner (Joye), Seth (Stacy), and Rachael Parmely (J.P). Also sisters Deb Hiatt (Kim) and Evadene Drown (Charlie) as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
