James Kade Baldwin, 24, of Casper WY, was killed while celebrating his birthday, on October 4th, 2013 in Casper, WY.
Kade was born on October 3rd 1989 in Rock Springs, WY son of Ken and Roseann Baldwin. He lit up every room with his smile and he had the kindest heart anyone could ever know. From the time of his birth he was the light of all of our lives. He was a wonderful young man, always putting his family first. Kade graduated from Green River High School in 2007. He had suffered many hardships in his life but always took them in stride with a smile on his face. He was a two time cancer survivor. During his second bout with cancer his body was so sick that they had to stop his chemotherapy early for fear he couldn’t handle it, he still maintained to everyone that he was fine and kept a smile on his face.
Kade was a student at IBEW Apprenticeship where he studied to be an Electrician. He was employed at Automation and Electronics where he worked as an Electrician. His interests included making everybody smile, guitar, music, food-especially his Mama’s cooking, working on old trucks, hunting, fishing, camping, welding, being an electrician, and spending time with family and friends. Kade had a strong desire to have a family of his own and poured his love onto his nieces, nephews, and friends’ children. To know him is to LOVE him.
Kade is preceded in death by his older sister Kendra Jean Baldwin, his maternal grandparents Art and LaVone Hills and his paternal grandparents Victor and Bonnie Baldwin among other loved ones.
Kade leaves his memories to be cherished by his; Father and Mother Ken and Roseann Baldwin, his brother Arthur Brant Baldwin and wife Hope, his sister LeeAnn Mathiason (Baldwin) and husband Daniel, his sister Lynn Rasanen (Baldwin) and husband Jeff, his brother Ryan Baldwin, his sister Shori Baldwin, his nieces and nephews; James Johnson, Tyson Ault, Destiny Rasanen, Brooklynn Barenz, Chloe Baldwin, Maddie Baldwin, Sydney Rasanen, Daniel Mathiason Jr, his best friend/brother Tim Dow, several Aunts, Uncles, cousins, and hundreds of friends.
Visitation will be held Thursday, October 10, 2013 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at Newcomer Funeral Home.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday October 12, 2013 at 12:00 P.M. at the First Assembly of God church, 1380 Hitching Post Dr. Green River, WY. A pot luck luncheon immediately following Services in Green River.
