Crystal Faye Sturdevant
1957 - 2014

Crystal Faye Sturdevant was born on June 30, 1957 in Buffalo, WY to Lester and Elizabeth “Betty” (Corpe) Sturdevant. She was the youngest of seven children. On Tuesday, October 28, 2014, Crystal passed away at her home in Glenrock with her brother, Loren, and sister, Shirley, by her side.

Crystal lived at her home in Buffalo with her mom and dad until they passed away. She had since lived with her brother, Loren, and sister-in-law, Carol, in Glenrock.

Crystal enjoyed going on road trips, camping, shopping, and listening to music. She also enjoyed sitting in her chair while the daycare children played around her. Crystal had a very contagious giggle. She loved having her head patted. One of her favorite things was being sung to before she fell asleep at night. Crystal’s life was filled with much love. She will be greatly missed because she touched the lives of so many people.

Crystal was preceded in death by her father Lester Sturdevant, her mother Betty Sturdevant; brothers Orville Sturdevant, Ernie Sturdevant, and Danny Sturdevant and sister Velma (Sturdevant) Billings.

Crystal is survived by her sister Shirley and Lester Gibson of Buffalo, brother Loren and Carol Sturdevant of Glenrock; nieces and nephews Karen and Larry Kennedy, Joyce and Denny Ennis, Debbie and John Corbett, Paul Gibson, Theresa and Steve Hollingsworth, Allen and Debbie Gibson, Dotty Kay and Paul Enos, Kathy and Jon Helsley, Rick and Kim Sturdevant, Cindy and Scott Walton, Lynn and Wade Stricklin, Nadine Sturdevant, Gail and Dave Gudgeon, Jessica and Kyle Ingersoll, Dallas and Mikenzie Sturdevant, and Amber Sturdevant; several great-nephews and nieces; and great-great nephews and nieces.
