Richard Pulanco’s Celebration of Life will be held on June 8, 2018 at 5:00 p.m. at River of Life Church-2955 East 2nd Street. There will be a reception to follow at the same location.

Richard Pulanco, 63, entered into the everlasting arms of his Savior Jesus Christ on Sunday, May 20, 2018 at around 7 a.m. in Casper, WY. Richard was born on January 15, 1955 in Casper, Wyoming to Sadie Isbell and Andy Pulanco.

Richard grew up in Casper, Wyoming where he graduated from Natrona County High School in 1976. After high school he went to Casper College and excelled in Photography.

Richard served as an elder at River of Life Church for several years and was an amazing Bible teacher and he loved the Holy land. He loved to pray and minister God’s love and truth to others. Richard had an incredible servant’s heart and made himself available to help others in their greatest times of need. He was also an amazing caregiver for his family and loved ones. He enjoyed loving on his granddaughter Anastasia, cousins, nephews and nieces as well as spending time with his entire family. Richard was known for his quirky humor, love, and kindness. He was a loving son, brother, husband and father. Richard loved photography and reading inspirational books.

Richard worked at Nowcap for over 18 years and had amazing patience for those he served. Richard was known by his coworkers as an exceptional employee; both the staff and residents were impacted by his love and caring heart.

Richard was preceded in death by his mother Sadie Isbell, grandparents Aaron and Rose Arellano; and his uncles and Aunt Tony Arellano, Joe and Alice Gonzales.

Richard married Debbie Kay Stauffacher on May 31, 2000 in Casper, WY. They both loved Jesus and were happily married for 18 years. Debbie was the love of Richard’s life.

Richard is survived by his loving daughters: Karleen, Constance (husband-Ryan) Ao; Kharesse (husband Brad Jr.) Orr; and his beloved wife Debbie of Casper and his beautiful granddaughter Anastasia.

Richard is also survived by his siblings: Phil (wife Elinda) Pulanco of Anchorage Alaska; Karen Kestrel of Denver, CO; Sharon Lockwood (husband Mike) of Casper, WY and many wonderful aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and family members too numerous to mention. He will be missed but we believe we will have a wonderful reunion in heaven one day. Richard we love you and are thankful to God for the time that we had you in our lives.
