Debra Lee Fenning, age 67, of Casper, Wyoming passed away peacefully May 20, 2019 at Wyoming Medical Center. Debra was born July 17, 1951 in Casper, Wyoming to Lawrence and Allene (Ondler) Fenning. Debra graduated from Natrona County High School. She began working at the County Sheriff’s Department in 1975 as a Records Clerk. She retired after more than 30 years of employment with Natrona County. She enjoyed reading, crafting, and tapping her favorite movies and television shows. Debra was known for her honesty.
Debra was preceded in death by her parents and her sister, Terrill Wagner. She is survived by her brother, Robin Fenning, two nieces, Jana Bower and Jennifer Cleveland, and three nephews, James Seals, Bruce Wagner and Bob Wagner.
