Robert Joseph Capone Sr., 87, passed away Tuesday May 28, 2019. Bob was born April 8, 1932 in Los Angeles, California to Marinello and Josephine (Zuccone) Capone. His father was career Navy, so the small family moved around quite a lot when Bob was a child. He continued driving truck as a career in different capacities for the majority of his life. In his free time, he enjoyed motorcycles, fishing, camping, classic cars and watching the Denver Broncos and Colorado Rockies play on TV.
Bob was blessed with 3 children, Robin, Bob Jr., and Gina, with is first wife, Betty Neeck. Later he met and married the love of his life, Jacquie Von Eschen, and became stepfather to her 4 children, Gretchen, Brenda, Scott and Rusty. Together they welcomed daughter, Angela Nicole.
Bob is survived by his wife, Jacquie; daughter, Robin Capone (Angie); son, Bob Capone Jr. (Terri); daughter, Gina Capone-Buhrle (Janie); daughter, Brenda LInk (Ken); son, Scott Sumner (Christy); daughter, Angel Capone Evans (Shane); 15 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren.
Bob was preceded in death by his parents, stepdaughter Gretchen Sumner, stepson Rusty Curran and grandson Randy Buhrle.
