Manuel Martinez, 77, of Casper, Wyoming, passed away Monday, August 12, 2019 at his home in Casper surrounded by his loving family.

Mel was the first of nine children, born to Federico and Juanita Martinez. He married Eva Mata on May 26, 1960. Together they have five children, Cesar, Sylvia, Manuel, Jr., Lorena and Oscar. The children with their spouses have provided the gift of fourteen grandchildren and two great grandchildren.

Mel's time revolved around his family who he truly loved and cared about. He was preceded in death by his parents, daughter, Lorena Martinez, and granddaughter, Nubia.

Mel will be missed by all of his family and friends.

A Visitation will be held from 4:00 PM until 9:00 PM, Thursday, August 15, 2019 at the Newcomer Casper Chapel. A Memorial Service will be held 3:00 PM, Friday, August 16, 2019 at the Funeral Home.
