Nova Bennett, 93, passed away on September 16, 2019 in Casper, Wyoming.
Nova was born on February 7, 1926 in Basin, Wyoming to Charles and Mary Galusha.
Nova married James A. Bennett on October 15, 1945.
They moved to Casper in 1949 where Nova spent the rest of her life.
The couple had two daughters, Norene Sperry of Greeley, CO and Linda Bennett of Casper.
Nova was preceded in death by her husband, Jim “James”, four sisters, and 1 brother.
She is survived by her daughters, son-in-law, Pat Sperry, two grandchildren, Mike (Penny) Sperry, of Henderson, CO, and Nicole Peterson (Greg), of Greeley.
She is also survived by two great-grandchildren, Payton Peterson and Brady Peterson, of Greeley, CO.
Nova was a loving mother and friend.

Funeral Services will be held at 10:30am, Monday, September 23, 2019 at Newcomer Casper Chapel with interment to follow at Highland Cemetery. The family requests everyone to wear purple in Nova’s memory.
