Alice M. Weaver, 92, of Casper, WY passed away Wed., Sep. 25, 2019. A Memorial Service will be held in the spring, inurnment will take place at Oregon Trail State Veteran's Cemetery.
Alice taught at a small country school at the age of 19 and eventually received her Master's Degree in Shakespearian Literature and Education. She worked as a teacher her entire career and retired from NCHS. During her time Alice established a program to help students with reading problems. After her retirement, she took over and ran the family ranch, R/7 outside of Kaycee, WY for many years.
Alice is preceded in death by her husband, Wayne who passed in May of 2000; parents, Charles and Elmay Roehm; and her brothers, Charles Roehm and baby brother.
She survived by her son, Mark Weaver; daughter, Anne Marie Weaver both of Casper, WY; and God-daughter, Victoria Whitaker of Denver, CO.
