Cynthia “Cindy” Diane Shilling passed away October 11, 2019 at the Wyoming Medical Center.
Cindy was born on May 17, 1955 to Alvie “Ross” and Peggie Sue Haley in Bakersfield California. She graduated high school in Anchorage Alaska in 1972.
Cindy was predeceased by her mother Peggy Knowlton and her father Ross Haley.
Cindy was a kind person with a big heart, everyone she met became a friend. She trusted in mankind and brought joy to many people. Cindy was known for her love of playing Bingo, her family, her children, her grandchildren and her bonus family from her life partner Steve.
Cindy never met an animal she didn’t want to adopt or a person she didn’t want to help out. She got much joy out of talking on the phone to her kids and grandkids. We have all gained a strong, loving and steadfast guardian angel to continue guiding us through our lives. She will be sorely missed.
Cindy is survived by her life partner Steve Whittecar, her children Carrie (Mike Wing), Michael Shilling, Steven Whittecar, her grandchildren Zachary Fitzpatrick, Brandon Fitzpatrick, Nathaniel Fitzpatrick, Allison Price, Reagan Wing, her brother Brian Haley, her niece Bobbie Fowler, her great niece Jolin Fowler and several bonus family members from the Whittecar family.
