Lynn Warren, 75, passed away on October 15, 2019 in Casper, WY surrounded by his loving family.

A viewing will be held from 6:00 pm – 8:00 pm Friday, November 1st at the Newcomer Funeral Home in Casper Wyoming. Future internment will be at Arlington National Cemetery. Following the viewing, there will be a gathering held at the VFW of Casper, Wyoming. Address for the VFW is 1800 Bryan Stock Trail, Casper, WY.

Lynn was born in Elyria, OH to Naomi and Loren Warren on July 5, 1944. He went to school at Lamar High School in Lamar, CO. Shortly after graduation, Lynn joined the US Army where he served for 30+ years. When he was not enlisted in the Army, he worked as a Colorado State Trooper. He was a veteran of Vietnam, Desert Storm and Afghanistan wars and was awarded the Purple Heart, Silver Star, Legion of Merit, Distinguished Flying Cross, and many other Medals of Honor. He was known for his generous heart and was a loving father who was dedicated to his family and taking care of others.

Lynn is preceded in death by his parents Naomi and Loren Warren, two brothers Frank Warren and William Warren and great-Grandson Ciaran Urbanski.

Lynn is survived by his five children: Ron (Heather Warren), Sandy (Joe Mulheron), Natasha Warren, Timothy Sean (Tracy Warren), and Jana Warren, his brother David Warren, his sister Lynette Hicks, fifteen grandchildren children: Kayla (Matt Egidi), Amanda (Matt Truitt), Ryan (Andrea Warren), Louise (Dakota Urbanski), Sunni (Cade Cargill), Nathan Graham, Drew Warren, Devin Carrasco, Isaiah Carrasco, Jacob Warren, Linda Warren, Savannah Warren, Destiny Warren, Avyanna Walls and Saelym Warren, and six great-Grandchildren: Adrian, Rhett, Madison, Gracen, ReyLynn and Blake.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. The family of Lynn wishes to extend our sincere thanks for the care given by Heather Cordova.
