Leona always had a smile, and was always worried that she needed to be doing more for those around her. While she was in the nursing home, she often would say that she wanted to get better, so that she could move back home and help deliver Meals on Wheels again. She loved baking, and was always sending plates of baked goods home with us whenever we stopped by. Loved her family more then anything and was always concerned about them. She was a very wonderful lady that more people should try and live up to her, the wold has lost a beautiful soul! I am so glad that I had the chance to meet and spend time with her!

We are so thankful for the time we got to spend with Leona. She would always come and help at the Haven until she was unable to handle the stairs, and she was just such a blessing. My girls absolutely treasured her and would stop in to see her at her home, and then when she moved into the nursing home in Casper. She was truly a treasure to our family and we love and will miss her very much.

She was the most caring woman I have ever met. She was always worried about if everyone had a full belly and if not then she was on the stove in a minute. She touched my heart and always will. She will be missed!

Such a beautiful, strong, selfless woman. She will forever be family, and I'll never forget everything that Grandma taught me. My prayers are love are with the entire Philo family.

I will never forget our trips to Wyoming to visit Aunt Leona and Uncle Bud's family. It was always exciting to see that country and explore with our cousins. The hike our families took together around Devil's Tower stands out in my memory. Treasure memories of the good times and know you all are in our thoughts and prayers.
~ Renna Moss - March 11, 2020
To my Philo cousins in Wyoming, please accept my sincere condolences and know that you’re in my prayers.
