Frank William Dryer
Aug.25, 1927 – July 16, 2020

Frank Dryer passed on July 16, 2020 at Wyoming Medical Center in Casper Wyoming.

Born near Ardmore South Dakota, he was the fourth of five sons born to Orval and Bertha Dryer.

Frank was a true cowboy and gentlemen. As a boy and young man he worked the family ranch on Plum Creek north of Lusk Wyoming. He spent many years in various western states as a ranch hand and manager. He settled in Moses Lake Washington where he worked, building, running and repairing irrigation circles.

After over 30 years of marriage, in 1982 Frank lost his first wife Lois. In 1996 he married Margie Conrad. They lived in Glenrock Wyoming where Frank worked a few more years before retiring. Frank and Margie enjoyed visiting with other Glenrock residents and were regulars at the local diner for breakfast and coffee. He was a man of many talents. Riding, roping, welding, woodworking, dancing, guitar picking and piano to name a few. His recollection of details and events was remarkable. Friends and relatives enjoyed the many stories Frank was always ready to share. He wore his hat and boots with pride and missed the days when he was horseback. Hearts are heavy as he rides off into the sunset.

Ride high in the saddle Frank.

Survivors include his wife Margie, his sister-in-law Molly Dryer and numerous nieces and nephews.

He is preceded in death by his first wife Lois, parents Orval & Bertha Dryer, brothers, William, Donald, Orville and James.

No services are planned.

Memorials may be made to the charity of one’s choice.
