Donna was preceded in death by both parents and her loving husband Harry. Donna was born and
raised in Hanna, Wyoming in 1925 to Isabel and Henry Jones. She was an only child. She married the love of her life, Harry Kerr, on August 10th, 1946. Shortly after her husband’s return from the Pacific Theatre they lived in Hanna until moving to Midwest in 1954 where her husband worked for Standard Oil. In 1959 they moved to Casper where her husband went to work for Pacific Power and Light. (Rocky Mountain Power). Donna was a homemaker while raising their two children Susan and Mark. In 1974 she went to work for the Natrona County Treasurer’s office retiring in 1989. Retiring together, they traveled throughout the United States in their RV until finding their winter home in Yuma, Arizona. They were snowbirds until Harry’s passing in 2000. They were together for 54 years. Donna and Harry were devout Episcopalians their entire lives, attending St. Marks, St. Stephens, and St. Paul’s Episcopal churches. They were actively involved in all three churches. Donna continued to snowbird from Casper to Yuma until 2012 at the age of 87.

Donna was a lover of life. Spending time sewing, knitting, and crocheting were passions of hers. She was a member of the Red Hat Society which she really enjoyed. She also enjoyed traveling, camping boating, fishing, dancing, bowling, playing golf and cards. Her most favorite thing to do was spending time with her family and friends.

Donna leaves behind her daughter, Susan Schilling (Joe) of Casper, her son, Mark (Lupe) of Casper, two grandsons, Ryan Schilling (Ashley) of Casper, Nicholas Schilling of Casper and a granddaughter, Brenna Kerr of Sheridan, Wyoming.
