1958 - 2021

Marion Anne “Sissy” Volin, age 62, of Casper, passed away February 19th, 2021 surrounded by loved ones in Hospice after losing her fight to cancer. Anne was born May 22, 1958 in Worland, Wyoming to Thomas James and Anne "Nancy" (Flynn) Volin. She graduated from Kelly Walsh High School in 1976. Anne worked for District Court for 32 years, she was the Chief Deputy to the Clerk of District Court for 20 years and was the current Clerk of District Court at her time of passing. Anne enjoyed being outside exploring nature, planting flowers, hiking, socializing with friends and spending time with family.

In addition to her parents, Anne was also preceded in death by her brothers, Robert "Bob" Volin and Thomas “Tom” Volin. She is survived by her sister in-laws Lida Volin and Elaine Volin, nephews Mitchell, Richard, James and Ryan Volin, nieces Suzanne Von Osterheldt, Patricia Turner, Alicia Volin and Kelley Barker. Anne is also survived by 7 great nieces and nephews.

A celebration of life is being planned and will be held within the near future.
