Anne was one of the best supervisors I've had. So thorough when training & caring in all ways.
She will be greatly missed...

Anne will be greatly missed at Natrona County. I have had the pleasure of working with her for the past 21 years. She was a professional and dedicated to her work. On a lighter side, she and the previous Clerk of District Court would have nick names for those of us in IT that supported her office. It was an endearing practice.
You will be missed Anne.
Sincerely,
Eileen aka 'Shrek'

As a new attorney in Casper, Wyoming I had the good fortune of having Anne help me when she worked in the Clerk’s office and ran the Natrona County Library. Whatever needed to be done, Anne did it. If the Court or an attorney needed something—data or otherwise Anne found a way to get the information. Aside from her incredible talent and ability Anne did whatever was required to assist the public and advancing the goals of justice for all. May we all be as effective and helpful to others. You will be missed.

So very sad to read of Anne's passing and to think that the last time I visited with her was at Tom's memorial service 5 months ago.
Anne was always a joy when business took me to the Clerk of District Court office, both very friendly and professonal.
She will be sadly missed by all who knew her.
Condolences to Lida and family and all of Anne's family and friends.

Sissy was my aunt- I'm her oldest niece, Zan-. We miss her as much as we suddenly miss Tom but it's somewhat
good to think of them together with Bob (my father), Grandpa Tom and Grandma Nancy. This
was a wonderful section of our family to come from!
Sissy seemed much more like an older sister (as was Lida) and Tom was a lot like a partial dad.
Sissy was DEVOTED to her family, taking great care of everyone (especially her mother and then
herself) until the very end!

Oh sweet Anne, such a shock to hear of your passing. We go way back, during my first tenure with the District Attorney's Office and you worked with my Mom, Myrtle Kihle. Then again we connected when I worked their again. Such a loss of a sweet and quiet lady! I'm so sorry to the family in her loss. May you find comfort and peace in the memories of Anne.

Ann was my next door neighbor since I was 5 years old. Ann was also my classmate and fellow high school graduate of 1976. We grew up together. I remember that she had a swing set that we enjoyed together. She had a wonderful smile that warmed you up and made you feel special. I will miss Ann and will treasure the memories. - Rob

My deep condolences to the Volin family. Anne was one of the many neighborhood children on Glendale during the 1960’s-1970’s. We grew up as nextdoor neighbors. As a kid, Anne was kind and soft spoken; just as kind as an adult with a quick infectious smile.
She will be missed.
My sympathy.

Dear Lida and all of her nieces and nephews. We have known Anne since she was 5. She was the best neighbor we could ever had. She always worried about us moving away and now she’s left us on Glendale ST. We loved her and all her family. That included her Parents, and brothers.

It was with great sadness that I learned of Anne's passing. I was married to Anne's brother Bob Volin for 10 years. 'Sissy' was 9 years old when she was a flower girl at our wedding in 1968. When their dad Tom was diagnosed with a brain tumor in 1972 and their mother Nancy went to stay with him in Denver while he was being treated, I moved into their house with our daughter Suzanne, who was 2, and took care of Sissy and brother Tom for 3 months. They were like my own little sister and brother for many years. My deepest sympathy to her friends and family. Rest in peace, Sissy.

Much too young to leave this earth. She was devoted public servant. Very easy and pleasant to work with. Prayers to her family, staff, legal community and Natrona county. Her presence at the courthouse will be missed.
