Shirley Rae Shearer Carmona, 66 of Evansville, WY passed away Thursday, September 9, 2021 holding her children’s hands.

Shirley was born June 27, 1955 in Mount Pleasant, PA in Westmoreland County.

Shirley was a devoted wife, mother, and grandmother. She supported her family by becoming a Girl Scout troop leader and being a baseball mom donating time to the teams of her son and grandson.

Her hobbies were sewing, quilting, and the ancient art of tatting among other crafts.

Shirley was a very active member of the military order of the Purple Heart of the USA, she played a large role in the Purple Heart Veterans Truck Tour for Casper, and a member of the 173rd Chapter 10. She was also involved with the Quilts of Valor and helped with any veterans group in need.

She is survived by her husband Daniel, and two children Sarah (Brad) Crook and Jeremiah (Mildred) Carmona and her three grandchildren Jonathan, Raymond, and Gloria.
