Herbert L. "Herb" Paules
1935 - 2021

Herbert L. "Herb" Paules, 86, of Casper, Wyoming formerly of Medicine Bow, Wyoming passed away Sunday, September 19, 2021. He was born on May 19, 1935 to Byron and Vula Paules in Torrington, Wyoming. Herb attended schools in Fort Laramie, Wyoming and went to work on farms in Fort Laramie for many years and then became a Heavy Equipment Operator building roads throughout Wyoming before he went to work with the mines in Shirley Basin for over 30 years until he retired.

Herb loved to fish and hunt but most of all he enjoyed his time he spent with his family and friends. He took a lot of pride in his kids, grandchildren and great grandchildren, they truly were his world.

When he had spare time he enjoyed painting, latch hook and word searches.

He is preceded in death by his parents; and sister, Lillis Mae Slawter.

Herb is survived by his children, David (Amy) Paules of Spring Creek, NV, Starla (George Munzing) Jensen of Baggs, WY; and Cora (Marshall) Wyatt of Casper, WY; grandchildren, Zachary Chimits, Logan (Jessica) Chimits, Mason Paules, Aubrey Paules, Morgan (Mitch) Long, Tanner (Leah) Jensen, Tyler (Svea) Jensen, Nick Munzing, Jace Munzing, Garret (Desiree) Munzing, Emily Wyatt, and Adam Wyatt; great grandchildren, RaeAnn Long, Lilia Long and Blaire Jensen; siblings, Clifford Paules, Alvin (June) Paules and Annette Jankowski; as well as numerous nieces and nephews.

A funeral service will be held 11:00 AM, Tuesday, November 2, 2021 at Ft. Laramie Presbyterian Church with a burial to follow at the Fort Laramie Cemetery.
