Dear Michelle and Olivia, My heart breaks for you and your family. One thing to hold close is that Amanda certainly knew how much she was loved. You three loved each other loud and proud! Amanda was my Dad’s nurse when he went through his hip and knee replacements and both times it was such a comfort knowing she was there for him. She was so tolerant of him and his jokes! And genuinely nice and sweet with him. Such a blessing to all her patients I’m sure! And to all who knew her. My love to you both and big, big hugs.

Dear Michelle, Olivia, and Shirley: I'm so sorry to hear of Amanda's passing. I used to work with Bob years ago at Teton Steel and I remember seeing her smiling face to this day. It was obvious that she brought much joy to her family. Although I haven't seen you for many years, I am sending heartfelt condolences to you all.

It has taken me a long time to write this. That’s where you’d be helping me… We’d be sharing a (huge) plate of Irish Nachos from Keg and Cork, with a side of chips and salsa, and probably another side of snacks. We’d be talking about our next “helicopter mom” adventure and what classroom activities we had going on that week, and how we planned to be classroom moms together through their college years. We shared all our days with our patients and oh how they made us happy, especially those babies. We worked so well together and my days with you were some of the best. We talked about our Granny’s and spent time together with our families outside of work. We talked about our struggles and the days we weren’t fond of. We shared many bowls of green chili and spicy soup, and snacks…and more snacks. My Amanda girl, how I’ll miss that sweet smile, high-pitched giggle, sparkle in your eye when you talk about Landon Dino, helicopter-ing our kids together, days at the lake, your beautiful relationship with our patients, working alongside you, and so many other things I love about you. You took a piece of my heart with you, but I know God has taken your pain. Please smile down at us through a sunny day or a summer sunset. Until we meet again….
I Love You.
Kate

Amanda was a fast friend when I first transferred to Verda James in the 5th grade. We had many sleepovers, many days at the Eastridge mall, and I can remember our moms hanging out having mom talk many a time on sleepover nights. You were a great athlete Amanda and I was always impressed by your abilities in that area. I moved away for jr. High but when I came back to Casper, I was able to reconnect with you. I will always be grateful to you and your family for being so inclusive of my and my younger brother in elementary school during the after school hours. I have fond memories with you, Olivia, and Michelle. Sending love to all suffering from this loss. - Ashley Holman (Armann), CA

Amanda was such a special girl. I do remember what a gifted athlete she was and enjoyed watching her run. Her amazing love for her family, especially her son showed on her face when they were together. She will be missed, but is out of the pain of this world.

Michelle, Terria, Olivia and family,
Our Family was devastated to hear about Amanda‘s passing. Our hearts go out to you at this time of loss. Amanda was always such an adorable person. I see her as a little girl with freckles. I was so happy to reconnect with her during a nursing rotation as an adult. May God help you all to accept and heal. You are in our thoughts and prayers.

I'm so very sorry for your loss of Amanda, she was such a spit fire all of the years watching her play volleyball The short time I worked down the hall from her at the Hospital's East Campus, she shared so many stories of her son - I could tell she was a great mom.
~ Barb Freeman - April 5, 2022
Michelle, Livy, and family, words seem so hollow right now. Amanda was always such a sweet and considerate person. I remember when Amanda was in Jr. High and Katie was in about fifth grade, they were pen pals as part of a school project. Katie was so excited that it was Amanda. Your girls have always been such wonderful role models. We are heart broken for you, and I know how your heart is breaking. Ron and I send much love and hugs.

Although the years had us drift out of each other’s lives, the memories of my girls and Rising Star include you and your daughters. You raised beautiful women and they have appeared to mirror you in many ways.
I am sorry for your loss and I will keep you, your daughter Olivia, Amanda’s son, your mom and the rest of your family in my prayers.
Rest In Peace Amanda.

What can I say!?! This one hit me hard! All of my early childhood memories involved Amanda. We had our first sleepovers together, performed our first duet at dance recitals that we choreographed together on our own to “Ain’t Goin Down Til the Sun Comes Up” by Garth Brooks! I remember countless sleepovers where we played hours of Sonic the Hedgehog on Sega and always tried to dress alike. Although we ended up drifting apart, Amanda, Michelle, and Livy always felt like family! My heart breaks for them and Landon. Know that my thoughts and prayers have been with you since I heard the news!
Love,
Nicole

I met Amanda through baseball, and she was always Landon's biggest fan. Amanda was at every game cheering for him, stressing with him, and always there to offer support win or lose. Amanda was a very loving mom, and there is no doubt she will be missed. I know that Landon will have an extra special angel with him from this day forward. To Amanda's family I am so sorry for your immeasurable loss.
