In Memory Of
Amanda Jo Visoky
1988 - 2022

Amanda Visoky, age 34, of Casper WY, went to be with the Lord on March 31st, 2022.

She was born in Casper on March 12th, 1988 to Robert and Michelle. She quickly had everyone wrapped around her finger as the first child, grandchild, and niece. Amanda was very active with tumbling, dance, skiing, basketball, track, and volleyball. Amanda graduated from Kelly Walsh High School in 2006. In 2009, her life truly began when her son, Landon Parker Visoky, came into this world alongside her and his father, Joe Frieze. Amanda and Joe did a fantastic job co-parenting. She then went on to earn her Associates in Nursing from Casper College.

Amanda was competitive by nature with a fire in her heart, she always wanted to be the best at what she did in school or sports. Especially when it came to helping others, as a nurse Amanda treated every patient with the utmost kindness and care, she had a passion for caring for others and a gift for helping. She was a loving and supportive mother, attending freezing football games or traveling to every baseball tournament near and far. You would continuously hear her cheering on the sidelines. Amanda was always ready to take her family on a fun adventure or to experience and learn something new. She loved spending long days at the lake, hunting for crawdads, jet skiing, or cliff jumping. When she wasn't spending time being spontaneous you could find her playing cards, making green chile, or spending time with friends and family.

The world truly lost a special person when Amanda left, but heaven received an angel like no other. Anyone that knew Amanda, feels the hole in their heart. Know that you will feel her in a beautiful sunset, trips to Alcova, times at the beach, and during laughs among family and friends. She will be with us every day through memories and stories. So please don't hover on her death, remember her beautiful, amazing life.

Amanda is survived by her son Landon Visoky; Mother Michelle Nighswonger and Bonus Father Mike Nighswonger; Siblings Olivia Homer (Jake), Kellen Nighswonger and Chris Nighswonger; Grandparents Terria Glasspoole, Shirley Pate, Ron Channel and Richard (Kathy) Cozad; Niece Millie Homer and numerous loving Aunts, Uncles, Cousins, and friends.

She is preceded in death by her Father, Robert Visoky; Grandparents Larry Pate, Larry & Sharon Nighswonger, Jean Channel, Marie Cozad & Leatha Edwards.

Honoring Amanda’s wishes there will not be any services at this time.

In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to the Landon Parker Visoky college fund or the Casper Crush 12U Baseball Team.
