In Memory Of
Margaret E. Bagley
1926 - 2022

After a long and courageous battle with dementia, Margaret Bagley passed away May 9, 2022 at Life Care Center of Casper.

Margaret was born April 15, 1926 in Casper, Wyoming, the daughter of Albert and Gladys (Crouse) Huffard. She spent her childhood on the family ranch in Bates Holes and attended school at Red Creek, St. Anthony (Casper), and St. Martins (Sturgis, South Dakota).

On August 16, 1949, she married Warren T. Bagley. She worked at various jobs during their marriage as Tom moved to many Wyoming towns as well as Craig, Colorado during his 40-year career with Service Pipeline. Upon Tom’s retirement they moved to Casper, Wyoming.
Margaret loved riding horses, country dances, going for car rides in the country, and listening to music.

Her greatest love of all was spending time with her family. One little known fact about Margaret that most people never knew or heard was she could yodel and was quite good.

She was preceded in death by her husband; sisters, Agnes Hayman; Frances Amundson; Alberta Riley, and son-in-law, Gary Palser.

Survivors include 4 daughters, Eva (Chuck) Yunko; Peggy Palser; Norma (Ramiro) Romero; and Karra (Jason) Juergens. Margaret had 10 grandchildren, 13 great grandchildren, 1 great great grandchild, and numerous nieces and nephews.

Graveside services will be held on Saturday, June 18, 2022 at 11:00 am at Wyoming Memorial Gardens, 7430 West Yellowstone Highway, Casper, Wyoming.

God saw she was getting tired,
And a cure was not to be;
So He put His arms around her,
And whispered, "Come with Me."

With tearful eyes we watched her suffer,
And saw her fade away;
Although we loved her dearly,
We could not make her stay.

A golden heart stopped beating,
Hard working hands at rest,
God broke our hearts to prove to us,
He only takes the best.
