Eric Andrew Zavada, 57, of Casper, Wyoming passed away Tuesday, October 4, 2022. A memorial service will be held at Newcomer Casper Chapel at 2:00 PM Saturday, October 22, 2022.

Eric was born July 8, 1965 in Wheatridge, Colorado to Lauretta Clay and Bert Zavada. He joined his siblings Laura and Rhea. Later, they were joined by Ivan and Adriane.

He worked in the HVAC industry, and he mastered it to the highest level. He gave back through teaching others the profession, and he enjoyed it. He was a great teacher. Motorcycling was his love and his therapy. He loved the Black Hills, and he enjoyed Sturgis. His greatest passion of all was his music. He played bass guitar. He was a music idiac. He emitted knowledge and shared with abandonment.

He loved his family and his friends. His nieces and nephews meant the world to him. He would teach them everything that parents didn't want to teach, and he taught them how to drive. His loss is heartbreaking. Because of his big heart, he is and will always be sorely missed by his family and a population of friends. You know who you are.

He is survived by his mother, Lauretta Clay; sisters, Rhea Zavada Roofe and Adriane Zavada; nephews, Nathan Kuhle, James Scrutchin, Jennings Kuhle; niece, McKenzie Kuhle Butcher; several great nieces, Hannah, Stacy, Gracie, Natalia; several great nephews, Isaiah, Ayden, Mitchell, Brandon, Braxton.
