Gary L. "Bud" Keegan
1960 - 2023

Gary “Bud” Lee Keegan, 62, of Casper, passed away on February 22nd, 2023 after a long battle with heart disease.

Bud was born on December 21st, 1960 to Judy Keegan and George Looney in Phoenix, Arizona. Bud’s adult life consisted of few passions, birds and technology. Between his bird breeding hobby, selling collectibles on E-Bay, and gaining several Microsoft Certificates; Bud was an avid gamer. He went on to start multiple small business’ while still working regular jobs to get by.

Come the mid-90’s Bud welcomed both of his children into the world, Kathryn Margaret Sorensen (Lance) in 1994 and Sean Ethan Keegan (Kelsey) in 1995. Early 2000’s he made his way to Wyoming to watch his children grow up.

Bud is known for being the classic grumpy old man, but had nothing but love and support for his kids and grandchildren. He was an amazing father, papa, teacher, mentor, tinkerer, and all things in between, and will be missed dearly.

Bud was predeceased by his mother and father. He is survived by his two sisters Lori and Sherri, his children Kathryn (Lance) and Sean (Kelsey), and his grandsons Landynn and Logan. A service is not being scheduled at this time.
