In Memory Of
Jacob Travis Ward Hill
2003 - 2023

Jacob Travis Ward Hill, 20, of Casper, Wyoming, bid us an unexpected farewell on November 21, 2023, in Casper. Born in Casper, Jacob, or as we lovingly called him, the Energizer Monkey, brought a whirlwind of mischief and joy into our lives.

From an early age, Jacob was a turd stuck in a monkey suit, always full of ornery antics and the energy of a thousand Tasmanian Devils. He had a smile that could brighten up a blackout and a laugh that was more contagious than a yawn in a room full of tired sloths. Jacob's quick wit gave birth to "Jacob logic," a phrase that will forever tickle our funny bones. And let's not forget the classic catchphrases, "Dammit Gary!" and "Oh Cindy!" – the soundtrack of our lives.

Jacob had a heart of gold and was a true friend to all. He'd hop in his car at a moment's notice, ready to embark on a several-hour drive just to be there for his pals. His house was always buzzing with company, from one to many, because Jacob knew the more, the merrier.

As a brother, Jacob was one in a million. He had a knack for making people laugh, and the memories of our happy times together still echo through the halls, accompanied by his booming voice yelling, "Oh Yeah!" like the Kool-Aid man. Oh, buddy, we miss you dearly, and our love for you knows no bounds.

Becoming a father was a nerve-wracking adventure for Jacob, but when little Justin arrived, his world lit up like a firework show. With Justin in his arms, Jacob's smile stretched from ear to ear, radiating pure joy. He was a devoted father, committed to his sweet son, Justin, as well as Andee, the mother of Justin. Jacob also cherished his family, including his mom, Jamie Hill, dad, Jonathan Hill, stepdad, Joe Compston, brother Trent Hill, his loyal furry companion, Lucky, along with many grandparents, aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.

When Jacob wasn't busy being a ray of sunshine, he found solace in tinkering and mechanicing anything that crossed his path. Welding was his jam, and he loved showing off his handiwork to anyone who would lend an ear. He truly had a spark for life.

In honor of Jacob's memory, we kindly ask that instead of flowers, donations be made to WYHY Federal Credit Union. Checks can be made payable to "Jamie Hill" and will contribute to the Jacob Hill memorial, a lasting tribute to his vibrant spirit.

The delightful team at The M at 234 E 1st. St in Casper, Wyoming, (formerly Wells Fargo Downtown) is assisting with the arrangements for Jacob's celebration of life on December 16th 2023 from 11am-2pm. They'll make sure his farewell is as memorable as he was.

Jacob, our shining star, left us too soon, catching us all off guard and leaving us in shock. The world feels a little dimmer without him, but let's honor his memory by coming together and sharing laughter. After all, that's what Jacob would have wanted.

Jacob's spirit, reminded us all that life should be lived with a wink and a smile. May his memory forever be a source of laughter and warmth in our hearts.
