Ruth Ann Freeman passed peacefully at the age of 83, on January 5, 2024, surrounded by family at Park Place Assisted Living Center in Casper, WY.

Ruth Ann was born to Lawrence and Grace Reynolds on October 24, 1940, in Warren, OH. Her family moved to Arizona when she was young. She married in 1961 and moved to Winslow AZ, where she was a homemaker and raised 4 children.

Later in life she moved to Payson and worked in a nursing home, then she took care of her parents until their deaths.

In 1999 she moved to Glenrock, WY to be close to 2 of her daughters. There, she owned a small breakfast restaurant before retiring and spending her time sewing, playing bingo, and arranging birthday parties and newsletters for the Barber Apartment Seniors.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Lawrence and Grace Reynolds, her brother Gordon Reynolds her son, John Freeman and grandson, Joshua Wood.

She is survived by her daughters, Debora Shaffer, Payson AZ, Darla Freeman, Glenrock WY and Elizabeth Hughes, Glenrock WY, sister Donna Kay, Phoenix AZ, 8 grandchildren, 10 great grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
