Agnes Marie Domonkos, 96, of Casper, Wyoming passed away Saturday, August 8, 2026.
Agnes Marie Ryan Domonkos, beloved wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and friend, passed away peacefully on August 8, 2026, at the age of 96. Born on May 21, 1930, in Gary, Indiana, Agnes was the cherished daughter of Michael Ryan and Anna Dorothy (Reynolds).
A determined and hardworking woman, Agnes put herself through college and graduated from Saint Mary’s College in Notre Dame, Indiana. From a young age, she was a dedicated and talented seamstress, a skill she carried with pride throughout her life.
On May 28, 1955, Agnes married the love of her life, Stephen Donald Domonkos. Together, they shared 68 wonderful years of marriage, raising five children: Stephen Michael Domonkos, Patricia Jean Ramsey, Julie Ann Bock, Donna Dee Domonkos, and William Ryan Domonkos. Agnes and Steve were avid world travelers, creating countless memories and friendships along the way. Agnes’ favorite trip was her annual girl’s weekend trip with her daughters, daughter-in-law, and granddaughters. She even memorialized this special bond by getting a matching tattoo with all of her girl’s weekend travelers.
Agnes was renowned for her exceptional cooking and her warm, welcoming parties. Her home was always filled with laughter, delicious food, and the love of family and friends. Her faith was a guiding light, and she was a member of St. Patrick’s Catholic Church.
She is survived by her children, Stephen M. Domonkos (Susan Frank), Patricia Ramsey, Julie Bock, Donna Domonkos and William R. Domonkos (Denise).
She was preceded in death by her parents, her sister Ann Charlebois, her beloved husband Stephen, her sons-in-law Benny Ramsey, Gregory Bock and Keith Henderson and her grandson Stephen Domonkos.
A Memorial Service to celebrate Agnes' remarkable life is scheduled for 10:00 AM, on Saturday, August 15, 2026, at Newcomer Funeral Home, 710 East 2nd Street, Casper, WY 82601.
Agnes’s legacy of love, faith, and generosity will live on in the hearts of all who knew her.
