Allen David Hanson

It is with the greatest of sadness that we announce the passing of our dear brother, Allen Hanson, on August 3, 2026.

Allen David Hanson was born on August 20, 1969. He was born in Casper, Wyoming and lived his whole life in Casper. He attended Kelly Walsh High School. He worked at several jobs throughout his life including Wyoming Medical Center and AirGas.

Allen especially loved his son, he loved to hunt, he loved to cook—especially pizza and BBQ.

He was a joy for his family, he loved riding his Big Wheel when he was a boy, loved taking every toy, bike, etc. apart into little pieces and putting it all back together. Sometimes he pulled pranks on his mom. He was quiet most times and a deep thinker, steadfast in his love for his family and friends.

His father Glenn and his mother Jean proceeded him in death. He is survived by his son Jace and his three siblings, Pam Harris, Rick Hanson, and Renee Daly along with 7 nieces and nephews and 19 great nieces and nephews.

We will always, always love you Allen!

The memorial will be held on Saturday, September 12, at 3 p.m. at 2020 South Jefferson, First Church of the Nazarene in Casper.
