Born 12/7/1940 in Douglas Wyoming to Audrey and John O'Tey.

Passed on 09/09/2025 in Casper Wyoming.

She grew up in Wyoming as a child near the Grand Teton National Park where her father was a park ranger. She moved all over the United States but finally coming back to Casper where she made her home 30 years ago. She was an avid book reader especially liking James Patterson. She loved her flower gardens and her little dog Izzie. She held various jobs threw out her life.

She is proceeded in death by: Dennis Lano McCulloch -husband, Dennis Lano McCulloch Jr.-son, Alaura Denelle Garriett - daughter, Taryn McCulloch-granddaughter, Tommy McCulloch - grandson, Dennis McCulloch - grandson, Jacob Miller - grandson, Jim Brandt- son-in-law.

Survived by: Kathy McCulloch - daughter Johnston Iowa, Melissa Brandt -daughter Barker New York, Sander Smith - son-in-law Casper Wyoming, Wesely Garriott - son-in-law Casper Wyoming, 7 grandchildren, and 19 great grandchildren.
