Billie Klein - Scott

Billie Klein-Scott passed away on January 2, 2026 in Casper Wyoming. Billie was a long time Casper resident and business owner. In 1966 she became a pioneer in the health food retail industry when she purchased and operated Wyoming Natural Foods later changing the name to Billie‘s Natural Foods. During those 30 years she earned a Certified Nutritionist Degree.

Billie was eccentric, fun, kind, spiritual and truly wanted to help people. She was a bright light and will be missed. Later in life she moved to California and Colorado. She is survived by her husband Ted Scott, daughter Carla DeVille/BT, grandchildren Nichole Collier and Brad Harris, great grandchildren Grayson Ingram, Scarlett Collier and Jackson Harris. She was preceded in death by her daughter Valerie Harris-Miller. There will be no services at this time.
