He is survived by his wife, Barbara of 58 years; daughters, Kathy (John) Gall and Noelle Workman; 3 grandchildren, Christopher Workman, Danielle Arevalo, and Denise Gall; 5 great grandchildren.
Blair enjoyed traveling and having his family around.
