Brenda June Rufi Saban was born on May 2nd, 1967 in Ogden, Ut. She was the beloved daughter of Larry and Sharon Rufi. She went to heaven to garage sale with her mama on January 15th, 2026 in Casper, Wy. From a young age, Brenda was known for her love of serving people. This love was ignited at their family convenience store, The Hornets Nest, in Evanston, Wy. She continued serving and loving on people through waitressing and more recently Door dashing. She was a caring, kind, loving, selfless, hardworking person who would have given anyone the shirt off her back. She loved Jesus with all her heart. Her children and grandchildren were her pride and joy. On her off time, you could find her helping her children in any way they needed. Hanging out with her boyfriend Will. Getting a pedicure. Or…… finding a good deal at one of the many thrift stores in town.
She is survived by her daughter; Danielle (Dani) Meyer, son in law, Luke, and their children Gerrit, June, Virtus and Jesse. Her son Dustin Saban and daughter in law, Sunnie. Her son Derek Saban, daughter in law, Codi and their children Cadence, Dixxon and Knox. Her sisters Misty Miller and Brandy Rufi.
There will be a Celebration of Life held at 3pm on Sunday, February 1st, 2026 at Hope Church (620 S. Walnut St, Casper, WY, 82601). The family requests that everyone wear a colorful outfit, bonus points if it’s from a thrift store, to remember Brenda’s bright personality. There will be a light snack after the ceremony.
In lieu of flowers, please donate to Fireside Collective https://venmo.com/u/fireside-collective Helping women become free from addiction, mentally sound, emotionally balanced, socially adjusted, physically well, and spiritually alive.
