Charles “Chuck” Stoeger, 69, passed away on February 25, 2026. He was born on May 20, 1956, in Torrington, Wyoming, to Robert Stoeger and Ila (Demsey) Lamb.
Chuck was an oil field worker until there was an accident that left him paralyzed from the waist down in 1981.
Although he never married or had children of his own, he was the most favorite uncle to his nieces and nephews. He let them play on his wheelchair and they all got pretty good at doing "Wheelies". He loved to take them fishing and enjoyed taking them to Green River to fish with his brother on Flaming Gorge.
He was an avid and loyal Broncos fan and loved game nights with family and friends.
He was preceded in death by his mother, father, brothers Gary and Larry Stoeger, and his sister Connie Stoeger.
He is survived by his sister Shelly (Skip) Jackson, his sister‑in‑law Carol (Larry) Stoeger, and 11 nieces and nephews, and several great‑nieces and great‑nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to hospice or to your favorite charity.
