Chester Walsh

Chester Walsh, age 73, of Mills, Wyoming, passed away Friday, October 24, 2025.

Born October 10, 1952, to Thomas and Eulalia Walsh in Casper, WY, he attended local schools growing up and was a lifelong resident of the city. Chester worked many of his years for City of Casper before retiring in 2016. He married Rita (Warnock) Bybee in 1981 and enjoyed many years of marriage until her passing in 2018.

He was a man who loved the outdoors and spent countless hours over the years hunting, fishing, splitting wood, and even catching rattle snakes. Chester made many lifelong friends over the years and could always be depended on to lend a hand whenever needed.

He is survived by his sister Mary of Wisconsin, several nieces/nephews/great-nieces/great-nephews as well as Eric and Mandy of Casper and their children Austin, Micah, Trace and Kole.

He was preceded in death by his parents; brothers Tom, Mike, Steve, Joe, Con and Eddie; sisters Julie and Martha; his wife Rita and her daughter Deana.

At his wish there will be no services for his passing and he will be laid to rest in a quiet place of his choosing.
