Cynthia Sue Dowler

Cynthia Sue Dowler, 72, of Casper, Wyoming passed away Tuesday, September 1, 2026.

Cindy was born in Casper to parents Maxcine and Ray Dowler. She attended schools in Casper and graduated from NCHS. Before her disability, she worked in housekeeping and in food service. Camping, going to Alcova, driving her car, and playing bingo where her great loves.

She is preceded in death by parents, grandparents, nephew R. Young, and aunts and uncles of the family.

She is survived by her sister Karen (Kurt) Brown, Niece Jesika Cook and children Delyla, Dakota, and Dyllan and the best cousin ever Raymond Dowler.

Wish to thank Banner medical team and Doctors, Casper Mnt. Rehab Center, Terry McCollum, and others in Casper that have been friends and advocates to Cindy.

Cremation has taken place and no memorial services are scheduled at this time.
