David Michael Duffey, Jr.

David Michael Duffey Jr, born January 6th, 1987 in Casper, Wyoming was sent to his eternal home November 8th, 2025.

David was a shining light in the lives of all who had the privilege of knowing him. His journey on earth was one marked by infinite love, compassion, and endless adventure. His passing has left a void in the hearts of his family, friends & many more whose lives were touched by him.

David will forever be remembered by his infectious laughter & smile, always illuminating any room he was in. Forever looking for the next adventure, you’d find David dancing his heart out at a concert, hunting & exploring the Wyoming Wilderness, spending time with friends that turned into family, or showing immense pride in his hometown through his passion for always supporting local businesses in every way possible.

He had an unquenchable thirst for music following his education from Casper College, finding a piano wherever he went, and sharing his favorite music with everyone. David often found joy in cooking and finding the perfect gifts for those around him. Family holidays were always enjoyed with David’s Strawberry Pretzel Salad, his genuine excitement to watch his family & friends open the immensely thoughtful gifts he always gave & would end every time with a Mario Kart tournament.

David is survived & missed by his son Bodhi, his mother, Becky Duffey, father David Duffey Sr, brothers Matt Swartz & Loren Duffey, and his niece Brilee Swartz. He also leaves several aunts, uncles, and cousins who love & miss him dearly. Among them are Debbie & Terry Brunette, Nick Brunette, Kim Brown, and Cherish Johnson.

The celebration of life service will be held at Restoration Church on Saturday, November 15th at 10:00am located at 411 S. Walsh Drive.
