Debera Elizabeth Keiffer

It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Debera (Deb) Elizabeth Keiffer, 59, of Evansville, WY. She entered into rest on March 27th, 2026. Deb was born to the late Fred and Helen Keiffer in Casper, WY on October 24th, 1966. She graduated from Kelly Walsh High School in 1985.

Deb spent most of her life working in retail where she met many of her close friends. She enjoyed working in the yard and crafting; she loved making gifts for the people she loved. Her favorite thing to do was take gambling trips to Deadwood, SD and Blackhawk, CO with her friends and family. Deb was a wonderful, caring, giving (sometimes to a fault), loyal woman who would do anything for anyone—she had such a big heart. Deb was a great friend, a wonderful sister, fun cousin, and the best partner anyone could ask for. She will be greatly missed.

Deb is survived by two brothers: Jim Keiffer and Jack Keiffer, of Evansville; domestic partner Steve Dyer of Evansville; and close cousin Michelle Thompson and her daughter Destiny, of Casper. She is also survived by many other aunts, uncles, and cousins. She is preceded in death by her parents.

A Celebration of Life will be held 4:00pm, Friday, April 24, 2026 at Newcomer Funeral Home with no reception to follow.
