Donald Wayne Hensley Sr.

Donald Wayne Hensley Sr, 82, dies peacefully on August 21 at his home of 53 years in Evansville, Wyoming.

He was born on July 24, 1943 to Robert "Buck" and Elaine (Sharp) Hensley in Elkhart, Kansas. He worked hard all his life with careers in mines and road construction while building a family of strong and abiding love.

He is survived by his wife of over 20 years Linda Hensley, his son Donald Wayne (Sandy) Hensley, daughter Letitia Hensley, his much beloved grandchildren and great grandchildren: Greg (Rhea), Maddison B. "Princess", Roker, Ryla, Lindsey (Drake), Ally, Kashlynn, Zaidyn, Disney (Lyle) Masen, Trevor (Cierra) Nelson, Waco, Lynden Nelson, sister Rosie (Bruce) Eddy, brothers Jay (Treva) Hensley, Jim (Ruth) Hensley, Kenny (Karen) Faunce, sister-in-law Charline Hensley and numerous dear nieces and nephews. When Don married Linda the family expanded Dale (Kris) Nelson plus a large extended family of Nelsons.

Don was proceeded in death by his mother Elaine, father Buck, his wife of 36 years Sandra, brother Bill and Dick and sister-in-law Carole.
