Listen to Obituary

It is with heavy hearts and profound sadness that we announce the passing of Eddie A. Fernandez, who passed away in April 2026 in Casper, Wyoming, at the age of 52, under unknown circumstances, leaving his family and friends heartbroken.

Eddie was born on March 6, 1974, in Casper, Wyoming. He was one of seven children and an identical twin, born to the late Vidal R. Fernandez and Darlene Sophia Costalez Fernandez.

Eddie had a gift for drawing portraits, capturing the essence of those around him with remarkable talent. He never met a stranger—his outgoing nature and infectious laughter could light up any room. Whether through a quick joke or a heartfelt conversation, Eddie had a way of making everyone feel welcome. His laughter will forever echo into the memories of those who knew and loved him.

He is survived by four children: Shaelee, Ian, Analea, and Ethan. He is also survived by his siblings: Vidal Jr. Fernandez, Angela Fernandez, his twin brother Freddy Fernandez, Diana Fernandez Geronimo, and John Fernandez—along with a large extended family of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins. Each carries a piece of Eddie’s spirit within their hearts.

Eddie was preceded in death by his parents and his dear brother, Jerry A. Fernandez, who now welcomes him with open arms.

Eddie will be deeply missed by many and will always hold a special place in our hearts.
