Darlene passed after along battle with COPD. Darlene lived a happy life and was active VFW, Eagles, and the E.L.K.S. Darlene was always ready to help at the drop of a dime. She was very funny, happy, outspoken, and had more energy than most folks can think about. Darlene married the love of her life, Herb Eddy in 1977. You could find Herb and Darlene square dancing, fishing, boating, and hunting on Herb’s brother’s ranch in Keyline, Wyoming. Together they were hunting everything from antelope to rabbits, and even some rats that her and her youngest son Glenn had found.
Darlene had 4 children Sarah, Marvin, Innette, and Glenn. Glenn passed away in 2008 after a lengthy illness. Darlene had 6 grandchildren, Jimmy and his wife Doreen; Zeb and his wife Maggie; Jacob and his girlfriend, Stephanie; Jeremy, Sabrina, Eric, and eight great children blessed Darlene’s life even further. Raylynn, Gabby, Nicholas, Eva, Sophia, Natalia, Owen, Kaylynn, and Zaden. Darlene’s joy was watching Raylynn and Gabby grow up, from riding bikes in the backyard to playing and swimming in the swimming pool. And having Grandma and Grandpa bring out hot water, so they weren’t cold in their swimming pool. Darlene loved all of the grandkids very much but was unable to get to know them as much as she did Raylynn and Gabby.
In addition to Herb, her kids, grandkids, and great grandkids, and great great grandkids, Darlene is survived by her two sisters, Corjean and her husband; Gloria; her brother, Leroy; and her Aunt Margaret in Billings, Montana; numerous nieces and nephews.
