A true embodiment of resilience and love, Felicity was a dedicated homemaker since 2018, passionately nurturing her two beloved children, Dustin and Kayson Wheeler. Her fervent devotion to them defined her life, making her children her proudest accomplishment.
A graduate of Kelly Walsh High School in 2011, Felicity pursued her dreams with determination and grace. She completed a Certified Medical Assistant Program at Casper College in 2023, showcasing her desire for knowledge and self-improvement, and the passion to care for people. Amid her academic endeavors, she embraced her creative spirit—her artistic talents and love for fine arts spoke volumes about the depth of her character. Felicity was a lover of animals, including her beloved dog – Ani. She was often found exploring the great outdoors, whether camping or swimming, enjoying the beauty of nature that mirrored her vibrant personality.
Felicity will be fondly remembered for her infectious laugh, her compassionate heart, and her fierce independence. A ball of fire, she did things her own way, radiating a zest for life that inspired all who were fortunate enough to know her. Beyond her creative outlets, Felicity learned to play the piano during her college years, often filling her home with melodies that reflected her spirited essence. Food and family bonds brought her immense joy, as she cultivated moments that will forever remain etched in the hearts of those she loved.
She leaves behind her beloved children, Dustin and Kayson; her twin flame and partner, Lucas Maes; her devoted parents, Huey Caster and Jamie Kehm; as well as her siblings, Brandon Caster, Justin Caster, Kaysha Kehm, Cameron Korth, Trevor Isais, and Brodie Young. The warmth and kindness of her grandmother, Karla Coqueugniot, along with several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins, further surrounded Felicity in love, emphasizing the close-knit family ties she cherished and upheld.
In honor of Felicity Chantel Wheeler’s memory and the indelible mark she left on the hearts of many, a memorial service will be held on January 26, 2026, at Newcomer Funeral Home in Casper, Wyoming, at 11:00 AM. As we gather to reflect on a life lived so fully, we celebrate a soul whose impact resonated deeply, whose laughter will echo in our memories, and whose legacy of love will endure through her cherished family and friends. The family will have a reception to follow at Izaak Walton Clubhouse, 4205 Fort Caspar Rd, Casper, WY 82604.
