Gail L. Waters

Gail passed away on May 12, 2026 with family by his side. He was born in Casper, Wyoming to Delmar Waters and Evelyn Joyce Halijan.

He lived most of his life in Casper. He spent a few years in Atlanta, Georgia before returning to Wyoming.

He was a heavy equipment operator for the City of Casper for 17 years. He enjoyed woodworking, camping, and his children including his 4-legged ones.

He is survived by his wife, Debora; son, Christopher; and daughter, Faith (Adam) Spaulding; grandchildren, Emmie Rae and Hunter Lee; sister, Mary Knadler; nephews, David Lopez; KC Hancock; Markie Nalbone; nieces, Brandi Hancock; Lacey (Tyson) Peterson; Lori Lopez; and many grandnieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents, brother, Charles; and sister, Tina.

No services are planned. In lieu of flowers donation can be made to Central Wyoming Hospice.
