Gary E. Henry

Gary E. Henry, passed away June 24, 2026 peacefully in his home in Casper, Wyoming.

He was born on Dec. 27th, 1948, in Clearfield, PA to Barbara Henry. He graduated high school in 1967 in Great Falls, MT. After graduation he joined the Navy, and served on the USS Shangri-LA CV-38. He then worked for the Local Plumbers and Pipe Fitters Union 354 for over 40 years. He continued his education at Purdue University and Michigan State University, which then allowed him to teach future plumbers and pipe fitters through the Union.

Gary enjoyed the outdoors, hunting, fishing, and canoeing. He was also an avid Nascar fan, with Jeff Gordon being his favorite driver.

He is survived by his 2 sons, Chad (Sheila) Henry of Casper, Wy, and Jason (Erica) Henry of Burgettstown, Pa. Also 5 grandchildren, Megan (Dan) Epperson of Casper, Wy, Danielle (Robbie) Foster of Gillette, Wy, Mason Henry of Casper, Wy, Brenna Henry and Jameson Henry both of Burgettstown, Pa, and 2 great granddaughters, Emmi Foster and Charlie Foster. Surviving also are 2 sisters, N. Bernette Henry and Amy Campbell.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Barbara Henry, and 2 sisters, Ann Carey and Sandra Mullins.

There will be no visitation. Newcomer Cremations, Funerals, and Receptions of Casper, Wy will be handling Cremation. A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date in Grampian, Pa.
