Georgina “Gina” Marie Heninger, 63, of Casper, Wyoming, passed away unexpectedly on September 4, 2025.
Gina was born on September 28, 1961, in Glendora, California, and lived a life full of love, strength, and kindness. She was known for her warm heart, quick wit, and the way she made others feel welcome and cared for. Above all, Gina cherished her role as a mother and grandmother—her family was her greatest joy. She was fiercely independent, deeply compassionate, and always ready with a laugh.
She is survived by her children: Logan Frederiksen-England and his husband Matt, Matt Heninger, and Brian Heninger; her beloved grandchildren Sarionna, Ryker, and Liam Heninger, Kaylee McClure, Aiden Edelman and Abby and Brayden Davenport; and her siblings Donna and Elliott Madsen, Naomi and Kevin McCool, and Amie and Randy Harrington. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews, as well as her cherished pets, Gohan and Onyx Heninger.
Gina was preceded in death by her parents, Sterling George England and DeAnna Shaw; her sister, Diane England; and her brother, Chuck England.
She was active in her MS support group and deeply valued her fellow members, finding joy in sharing information, raising awareness, and supporting others in their journeys. Gina also enjoyed her retirement job at Sam’s Club, where she loved meeting guests, spending time with her coworkers and management team, and handing out samples with a smile.
In her free time, Gina loved gardening, reading, arts and crafts, traveling, car racing, and spending time at the beach. A true “Cali-Girl” at heart, she carried her love of the ocean and sunshine with her always.
Per Gina’s wishes, there will be two celebrations of life held in her honor: one in Coos Bay, Oregon, and one in Southern California. Dates and details will be shared once finalized.
Gina’s family wishes to thank friends and loved ones for their support during this difficult time. Her memory will live on in the hearts of all who knew and loved her.
