Joseph Floyd Baca, 62, passed away Friday May 8, 2009 at the Wyoming Medical Center in Casper. He was born April 23, 1947 in Canyon City Colorado to Joe and Stella Baca. Floyd had been a cook and bartender most of his life. Survivors include 2 sisters, Dorothy Gonzalez of Casper and Mary Baca of Cheyenne; 2 brothers Joe Baca of Cheyenne and Jerry Baca of Casper; several nieces and nephews. Visitation will be Wednesday May 13 from 5 to 8 PM in the Newcomer Funeral Home. A memorial services will be Thursday May 14 at 11 AM in the Newcomer Funeral Home. Private cremation will be held. A reception will follow at the VFW Hall on Bryan Stock Trail.
